Owner Onboarding Part 3: Services & Responsibilities

This form helps clarify which recurring services are already in place, which services may need to be coordinated, and which responsibilities remain with the homeowner.

Viberent Stays may help coordinate certain core services such as lawn care, snow removal, trash service, pest control, dock installation/removal, spring cleanup, and fall cleanup. Other maintenance items such as chimney cleaning, septic servicing, irrigation systems, pressure washing, window cleaning, water softener maintenance, appliance servicing, and similar property-specific needs generally remain the homeowner’s responsibility unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

The goal of this form is to make sure recurring responsibilities are clear before guests begin staying at the property.

Concierge trash service

Viberent Stays uses standard recommended products for linens, toiletries, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and household consumables whenever possible. This helps us keep the guest experience consistent, simplifies restocking, and avoids unnecessary confusion for cleaners, vendors, and guests.
